We are the experts in Datadog's product development team. As part of the Technical Solutions department, we play a key role in supporting Datadog's global expansion by providing educational guidance to potential customers and ensuring the satisfaction of existing ones. Through various channels such as technical support, demos, and presentations, we share our expertise to enhance customer experience.

Your Responsibilities:
- Develop expertise in DBM-related technologies to support stakeholders.
- Address customer escalations, lead technical discussions, and resolve complex issues in your specialty.
- Collaborate with the Technical Enablement team to update documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Train the Technical Support Engineering team on new products and features.
- Conduct training sessions and provide technical support as needed.
- Work from a Datadog office 3 - 5 days per week.

Your Profile:

  • Minimum 2 years of SaaS technical support experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous learning.
  • Client-centric critical thinker with the ability to innovate solutions.
  • Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Basic Linux knowledge.
  • Proficient in Python or Go programming languages.
  • Engagement in open-source projects and engineering communities.
  • Experience with Zendesk, Jira, Confluence or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with Windows administration and monitoring Java applications.
  • Background in Computer Science or Engineering.
