Join Our Team as an Accounts Payable Specialist
- Responsible for coding and processing vendor invoices, managing accounts payable emails, and posting resident chargebacks.
- Data entry of invoices without purchase orders and ensuring necessary approvals for payment.
- Investigate utility invoice delinquencies and communicate with utility companies to resolve billing issues.
- Collaborate with properties on utility invoice chargebacks and analyze/resolve discrepancies for timely payment.
- Organize, process, and maintain vendor invoices, verify vendor credits, and prepare checks for payment.
- Offering 100% premiums paid for medical, dental, basic life insurance, and more.
- Additional benefits include a 401k match, 3 weeks PTO, employer HSA contribution, 10 paid holidays, and bonus potential.
- Requirements include 2+ years of accounts payable experience, knowledge of AP functions, and strong communication and organizational skills.
- Must demonstrate commitment to diversity, pass background/drug screenings, and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
- $26.00/hr salary
