BEN is seeking a Account Coordinator to provide support for our experienced Influencer Client Services Team. The ideal candidate is detailed, organized, hard-working, creative, and feels a rush when a job is done exceptionally well. This role will focus on supporting an amazing team as they connect clients with the right Influencers and audiences, ultimately with the goal of gaining understanding and skills to grow into an account lead role yourself. Responsibilities:
- Assist account management team in a general sense, helping them provide high-standard care for clients and influencers
- Create presentations, meeting recaps, status reports and user guides
- Become familiar with a wide spectrum of social media influencers, from YouTube and Instagram to TikTok and Twitch
- Build relationships with internal teams and facilitate work process moving through such teams
- Research on influencer industry, technology, social and gaming trends
- Creator list development and vetting
- Meeting attendance and participation, including preparing status documents
- Coordinating deliveries and shipping for department
- Reporting on campaign deliverables & performance metrics, and maintaining status updates and tracking sheets with brands
- Updating CRM and data repositories
- Carry out other duties which naturally fall within the reasonable expectations of the position
- Effectively communicate everything that is happening on their accounts, both internally and externally
Qualifications and Skills:
- Entry-level advertising, marketing, and/or influencer internship experience preferred
- Self-starter who is eager to learn and to get the job done
- Experience in Excel, Google Sheets and other forms of data/information management a major plus
- Strong customer service focus with an awareness of your impact on the client experience
- Strong verbal and written communications skills and confidence with managers and team members
- Ability to present ideas persuasively and passionately
- Ability and willingness to listen and learn from the experience of more senior colleagues within and across departments
- Ability to work as a team, but also on own initiative
- Willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks
- Flexible, committed, and punctual
- Ability to stay calm and friendly under pressure in a busy environment
