Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Training Representative to join our team at DSI Systems Inc. As a National Accounts Sales Manager, you will be responsible for providing training, coaching, and mentoring to retail representatives to help them become successful in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide training and coaching to retail representatives on sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Conduct side-by-side selling with retail partners to help them increase sales.
  • Help retail representatives solve customer issues and provide motivation support to achieve company and program objectives.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals set by DSI Systems Inc.
  • Stay current on all sales processes, products, services, promotions, and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with retail store managers to build credibility and trust.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day communications with AT&T and retail local leadership teams.
  • Ensure merchandising standards are current and meet plan-o-gram.
  • Manage all program logistics in coordination with DSI Systems Inc. and AT&T.
  • Provide teamwork and collaboration with other colleagues to ensure the success of the project.
  • Adhere to supplier policies and procedures.
  • Visit a minimum of 5 stores a day to coach, train, and mentor retail representatives.
  • Manage all expenses effectively to stay within budget.
  • Ensure the timely completion of various administrative responsibilities and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in the retail industry, with wireless experience strongly preferred.
  • Ability to retain, explain, and train key brand messaging and product information in an exciting and informative manner.
  • Receptive to direction and coaching on evolving program specifications, including updated brand initiatives and tactics.
  • Ability to travel within a designated sub-market with strong time management skills.
  • Flexible schedule.
