Luxury Stores at Amazon is looking for an exceptional Sr. Product Manager who will help deliver the roadmap for Luxury Stores. The right candidate will thrive in ambiguous situations and love to build things from the ground up. You are innovative, creative and excited about implementing new initiatives in the luxury fashion and beauty space.

You will shape, invent, and bring to market new experiences and operating models for customers, working cross-functionally to drive ideas from concept to execution. This is a high-visibility role in which you will drive tech and non-tech features that contribute to critical program goals, and help influence the tech roadmap of broader high-price, high-consideration categories. You will be reporting to Head of Program of Luxury Stores and collaborating with a wide range of cross-functional teams across Amazon.

A successful candidate will have an established background in developing products and tools, excellent project management skills, great communication skills, and a motivation to achieve results in a fast paced environment.

  1. Lead the delivery of innovative concepts with the extended team of brand partners, product and program managers, and cross-functional teams that will ultimately support the design.
  2. Write requirements documents (which serve as a bridge from the strategy to the implementation) and ensure clear communication and coordination of requirements to partners. Requirements should be based on intimate knowledge of the product, space, existing data analysis, current customers and non-customers (prospects and competitors).
  3. Work cross-functionally to manage bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints, and maximize business benefit while building great customer experiences.
  4. Establish the mission, goals, and supporting business metrics and indicators for success.
  5. Measure and analyze existing offering for opportunities to innovate and improve, providing additional benefits to customers.
  6. Identify new opportunities for Amazon to further distinguish itself as the clear leader in offering an end-to-end luxury experience.
