The People Engagement Experience Team is reinventing how millions of Amazon employees live and work.

We are looking for a highly-determined, highly-curious, and experienced UX Designer join our team.

UX Design at Amazon brings the practices of Interaction Design, Visual Design, Service Design and User Research into a single, user-centric design enterprise.

Our UX designers are capable of producing great UI concepts, developing those concepts into complete and well-documented frameworks, producing visuals, and developing and delivering those concepts in high fidelity with highest-quality fit and finish.

Key job responsibilitieso Create elegant and intuitive user experiences by incorporating user insights, business requirements, and technical constraints.

o Quickly and iteratively create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high fidelity mockups with detailed visual design specifications for mobile, and web interfaces throughout the design process.

o Create UX solutions for problems with complexity.
Work through ambiguity, and adapt your approach to meet the needs of multiple stakeholders.

o Be a champion for user-centered design by partnering with researchers to test your solutions in front of users; and be willing to build lightweight prototype, conduct scrappy and quick user testing on your own if required.

o Present design work to UX, Product, and Engineering teams, as well as stakeholders and executive leadership.
o Contribute to user experience design guidelines and development best practices and standards at Amazon Design Community.

A day in the lifeYou'll work with a cross-functional team of highly capable designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers, inventing and iterating on end-to-end workflows and experiences.

You'll develop your ideas with sketches, prototypes, wireframes and story boards, and confidently communicate your vision to senior executives to influence the best experience for our customers.

We're looking for someone who can bring disruptive ideas to life - you're a skilled UI designer, with the capacity to think deeply about the architecture of the product space.

Our smart, passionate, and eccentric crew consists of 20
UX designers, UX researchers, visual designers and copy writers.
