Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Instructional Content Developer to join our team at Collabera. As an Instructional Content Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing training programs that meet the needs of our field employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consult with stakeholders to gain knowledge of business objectives and identify opportunities to construct learning solutions.
  • Create engaging and intellectually challenging learning experiences that integrate multiple delivery channels, including instructor-led, online, and mobile learning.
  • Assist with coordination and delivery of learning programs, manage program logistics and schedules, and facilitate train-the-trainer sessions as needed.
  • Select appropriate training and performance support elements for solutions, such as instructor-led training, web-based training, and on-the-job training.
  • Select and develop teaching aids, such as training handbooks, demonstration models, and multimedia visual aids.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Learning Management Systems and keeping knowledge up-to-date.
  • 5+ years of Web Design, Multimedia Training Design, and/or Instructional Design experience.
  • 5+ years of facilitation experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in training delivery and instructional design of multimedia learning applications and classroom-based learning.
  • 5+ years of relevant industry experience, with field knowledge and exposure to front-line workers.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems.
  • Knowledge of instructional design theories and practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
