Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Engaging Workshops and Curriculum: Design and create high-energy, interactive workshops and summer camp curriculum that foster creative experiential learning.
  • Curriculum Development and Redesign: Develop instructional materials, including courses, student guides, training manuals, teaching aids, and videos, and redesign existing materials to ensure accessibility and usability.
  • Research and Innovation: Research and identify learning activities and technologies that can be incorporated into training programs, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the field.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate closely with the Curriculum Development Manager and other curriculum development team members to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Training and Support: Occasionally assist in hosting and scheduling online training initiatives through Google Meet and Zoom, and participate in collecting and organizing feedback on existing training programs and materials.
Requirements
  • Creative and Innovative Mindset: Possess a creative and innovative mindset, with a passion for creating unique learning experiences for youth.
  • Instructional Design Experience: Have 6 months of experience designing and developing curriculum, teaching materials, or learning content.
  • Knowledge of Instructional Design Theories: Familiarity with established instructional design principles (e.g., ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy) is highly desirable.
  • Education and Qualifications: Possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in Curriculum Development, Education, Organizational Development, or Business, or be a Junior or Senior pursuing a degree in a related field.
Additional Information
  • Time Commitment: 8-10 hours a week.
  • Virtual Meetings: Must attend mandatory weekly and monthly meetings (virtually).
