- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, technology, and business stakeholders, to ensure design solutions meet business requirements.
- Design and develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that meet user needs and business objectives.
- Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions and ensure design solutions meet user needs.
- Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across products and services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design and apply this knowledge to improve design solutions.
- 7+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in user-centered design.
- Proficient in modern design tools, including Figma, Sketch, InVision, Principle, and Axure.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to develop and implement design solutions.
- Strong understanding of human-centered design methodologies and rapid ideation processes, such as Lean UX and Design Sprints.
- Ability to communicate design solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in design or related field.
- Experience working in the financial services or fintech industry.
- Knowledge of design systems and guidelines.
