As the Client Operations Analyst, you'll get to perform data analysis that provides insights for clients and various internal stakeholders, with a focus on enhancing existing processes and templates that align with scaling initiatives. You'll Get To:

  • Support operations function by maintaining large sets of critical operations data/metrics, analyzing and packaging that data as required by the operations teams, and building productivity tools and quantitative models to assist with driving improved performance
  • Maintain various operational data
  • Mine systems for appropriate and necessary data
  • Organize and manage large data sets, analyze data trends, develop conclusions, and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Build productivity tools or quantitative models for various operations teams in support of critical operational processes, dashboards and metrics to improve efficiency and team performance
  • Use problem-solving skills to resolve data discrepancies, understand trade-offs associated with complex data relationships, interpret analytical results and react to unexpected events
  • Analyze/model operations service metrics and assist in determining service trends and improvement opportunities
  • Analyze/model operations costs and facilitate in determining cost trends and improvement opportunities
  • Assist in developing cost forecasts/budgets.
  • Assist with long-range strategic operations and capacity planning by providing relevant data analyses
  • Provide additional analyses and tasks as needed to help improve the accuracy, reliability and efficiency of operations and associated data
  • Perform other duties as assigned

If you have the following experience, we'd love to hear from you

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Analytics, or related field; or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum one year of experience in a data analytics role
  • Demonstrable experience in analyzing data, reporting or developing insights
  • Experience with SQL preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of MS Excel and MS Access.
  • Strong ability to mine data, build excel models and tools
  • Ability to deal with data ambiguity and time pressure
  • Experience applying real world assumptions and estimates to detailed and precise analyses
  • Ability to maintain and keep track of multiple information sources

Hourly rate is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan. The expected hiring hourly rate for this position is:
