As a Client Operations Analyst, you will engage in data analysis that yields valuable insights for clients and various internal stakeholders, concentrating on optimizing existing processes and templates that support scaling initiatives.

Your Responsibilities:


Contribute to the operations function by managing extensive sets of essential operations data/metrics, analyzing and presenting that data as needed by the operations teams, and developing productivity tools and quantitative models to enhance performance.

Maintain diverse operational data.
Extract relevant data from systems.
Organize and oversee large data sets, analyze data trends, draw conclusions, and pinpoint areas for enhancement.

Create productivity tools or quantitative models for various operations teams to support vital operational processes, dashboards, and metrics aimed at boosting efficiency and team performance.

Utilize analytical skills to resolve data inconsistencies, comprehend trade-offs linked to complex data relationships, interpret analytical outcomes, and respond to unforeseen events.

Examine/model operations service metrics and assist in identifying service trends and areas for improvement.
Analyze/model operational costs and aid in recognizing cost trends and opportunities for enhancement.
Support the development of cost forecasts/budgets.
Assist with long-term strategic operations and capacity planning by delivering pertinent data analyses.

Provide additional analyses and tasks as necessary to enhance the accuracy, reliability, and efficiency of operations and related data.

Perform other assigned duties.
If you possess the following qualifications, we would be eager to hear from you:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Analytics, or a related field; or equivalent experience required.
A minimum of one year of experience in a data analytics role.
Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, or generating insights.
Familiarity with SQL is preferred.
Extensive knowledge of MS Excel and MS Access.
Strong capability to extract data and construct Excel models and tools.
Ability to navigate data ambiguity and work under time constraints.
Experience applying real-world assumptions and estimates to detailed analyses.
Capacity to manage and track multiple information sources.

The hourly rate is determined by various factors, including market location, and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan.
