Description:

We are looking for a sharp, detail-orientated individual that knows how to own and lead content inventory, categorization, verification and clean up by using Learning Management Systems. This role is responsible for the administration, documentation, tracking, reporting, automation, and delivery of educational courses, training programs, materials or learning and development programs.

Day to day:

  • Administer content inventory, categorization, verification, clean-up and prioritization of the Learning Management System to ensure Website, Media, and Social Media content is accurate and structured for digital traffic.
  • Research, Analyze, and Document new and existing procedures and processes for content creation/administration within Learning Management Systems.
  • Collaborate with teams cross-functionally to ensure consistent content format and structure across all business functions.
  • Draft all guidance, best practice, and governance materials for media content, including training/how-to materials.
  • Identify opportunities to ensure compliance of operational documentation, reduce knowledge gaps due to lack of documentation, and support ad hoc documentation escalations.
  • Draft and provide in-person and virtual training and support through Content Administration during the implementation phase of Learning Management Systems.
  • Create content with high accuracy as needed.
  • Design and documents workflow processes as necessary.

Experience and Skills

  • 3+ years as a Content Creator, Social Media Creator, Learning and Development SME, or Content Administrator
  • 2+ years using Microsoft Office Suite
    • SharePoint, OneNote, and Excel
  • 2+ years using Cornerstone or similar Learning Management Systems
  • Library sciences, process management specialist, and/or learning specialist experience is preferred
  • Proven experience utilizing digital tools to define, categorize, and leverage information repositories and team sharing platforms.
  • Proven experience documenting product features, capabilities, and governance/best practice processes.
