Who we're looking for

Toyota's HR Communications & Experience Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Internal Communications Analyst.

The primary responsibility of this role is to write, edit and deliver HR communications, aligning with the HR Communications strategy and business partners to meet various internal communications needs. This person will implement messaging that internally markets the exciting role TBMNC plays in Toyota's future of vehicle electrification and mobility for all.

Reporting to the Manufacturing Regional Communications Manager, the person in this role will support HR as we work to develop and deliver clear, comprehensive, and effective communications in support of internal HR programs and initiatives with a primary focus on employee engagement.

This position is based in Liberty, North Carolina. The selected candidate will be expected to reside withing commutable distance of this location.

What you'll be doing

Creating memorable and compelling communications material to be distributed across TBMNC's internal channels, which include an employee communications app, digital signage, leadership key messages, presentations, and more.Leveraging the most appropriate internal communication tools that can create the best possible user experience.Developing campaigns that market TBMNC internally -- informing and inspiring Toyota team members about the future of battery electrification at Toyota.Partnering with HR peers to develop and execute engagement events that will educate, engage, excite and celebrate Toyota team members.Collaborating closely with the Manufacturing Regional Communications Manager, the regional communications team, and other key stakeholders on intent, approach, and delivery of communications.Helping to manage and maintain the internal Communications calendar, and partner with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.Helping to promote a culture of excellence by ensuring stakeholders adhere to standards and processes, and that timeliness and quality are applied to all communications.
What you bring

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Human Resources, Public Relations, English, or Marketing, or a minimum of three years of equivalent professional work experience relevant to this position.A passion for recognizing trends in digital communications.Proven ability to influence key stakeholders with enhancement recommendations.Experience building and implementing communication strategies with digital and in-person delivery methods.Experience collaborating and effectively communicating with all levels of team members, management, and executives.
Added bonus if you have

Proficiency with visual communications design.Experience with digital publishing and design.Experience with Adobe products (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier).HR experience with a manufacturing environment or for a manufacturing company.Experience tracking metrics to ensure optimal audience targeting and receipt of message.Video production experience.
