Job Overview

Spectrum of Hope is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) instruction to children between the ages of 2 and 10.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver ABA instruction using individualized curriculum designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with parents regarding ABA treatment
  • Collect, graph, and analyze behavior and skill acquisition data under BCBA supervision
  • Document session notes in a detailed and accurate manner
  • Ensure punctuality and preparedness for sessions
  • Maintain consistent communication with BCBA supervisor

Requirements:

  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
  • RBT credential is required
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Clean background check is required
  • Motivation to learn and grow in the field is essential
  • Strong communication and patience skills are necessary
  • Reliable transportation is required
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds is required
  • CPR certification is required (or willingness to obtain)
