Overview

The Marketing Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in orchestrating and overseeing marketing initiatives. This position involves developing project timelines, managing workflows, ensuring deadlines are adhered to, and evaluating outcomes. The salary range for this position is $79,000 to $105,966.64, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.



Key Responsibilities

The Marketing Operations Specialist will undertake vital duties, including but not limited to:

  1. Upholding the Credit Union's core values and service standards in alignment with GreenState's mission and vision.
  2. Exhibiting a strong member service focus, both internally and externally.
  3. Fostering teamwork in all interactions with colleagues and in the execution of responsibilities.
  4. Maintaining confidentiality of member information.
  5. Promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace.
  6. Creating and managing the master marketing calendar and project timelines.
  7. Coordinating marketing campaigns in collaboration with relevant teams and departments.
  8. Overseeing internal legal and compliance processes.
  9. Assisting in the proofreading of marketing content.
  10. Planning, producing, proofreading, and distributing marketing campaigns and materials, including managing the printing and delivery of marketing collateral.
  11. Ensuring all campaigns and materials meet established deadlines.
  12. Implementing campaign strategies and timelines for seamless execution and delivery.
  13. Acting as the marketing team liaison for both internal and external project implementations.
  14. Evaluating the success of marketing promotions and analyzing performance reports.
  15. Utilizing internal communication processes to keep all staff informed about promotions.
  16. Assessing the effectiveness of the Credit Union's marketing initiatives and reporting findings to the Vice President/Marketing Director.


Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or business, or equivalent experience.
  2. Three to five years of relevant work experience.
  3. Strong organizational skills for planning and prioritizing tasks, along with excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening).
  4. Experience in crafting professional communications.
  5. Attention to detail and high accuracy in proofreading and layout review.
  6. Strong interpersonal skills for effective internal and external communications.
  7. Proficiency in various PC software applications, including the Microsoft Office suite.
  8. A willingness to work additional hours as required by workload and the dynamic competitive landscape.
  9. A commitment to supporting a diverse and inclusive work environment.
  10. Must be bondable.

Reporting Structure

This position reports to the Vice President/Marketing Director.


Supervisory Responsibilities

This role does not include supervisory responsibilities.
