About the Role

As Sr. People Operations Manager, you'll take the lead in establishing and maintaining an innovative HR Service Center, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle transactions and inquiries while maintaining consistent policies across geographies. You will spearhead integrations in Workday, paving the way for enhanced HR processes and data integrity. Through strong collaboration with payroll and other teams, you will enhance the employee experience and bolster organizational effectiveness.

What You'll Do

HR Operations

  • Establish a best in class HR Service Center to support employee onboarding, off boarding and inquiries pertaining to benefits, payroll, leaves of absence and other HR policy related matters
  • Manage employee lifecycle transactions including onboarding, terminations and job changes
  • Evolve current structure to drive consistent policies and procedures across US functions and geographies, keeping up-to-date with changes in federal and state legal requirements
  • Consult with HR Business Partners and COEs as appropriate to manage difficult/complex situations
  • Lead implementation of new HRIS and software tools to improve the employee experience and increase productivity
  • Continuously drive improvements and automation to increase quality, experience and effectiveness of the employee lifecycle
  • Identify opportunities to improve the business and employee experience by analyzing operational metrics and client needs. Identify and plan tactics to drive results.
  • Collaborate with the payroll team to communicate employee transactions ensure payroll is processed correctly
  • Manage and maintain accuracy of data to ensure data integrity in all systems; Continuously assess and improve data processing methods
  • Perform system audits to determine security access, data anomalies, gaps or completeness
  • Identify, prioritize and implement improved data quality and additional data capture opportunities in partnership with HR Ops, HR IT, and Finance teams

People Analytics

  • Build a world class People Analytics strategy to lead the evolution of HR analytic strategies and advance HR analytics maturity model to an optimized state – resulting in real-time decision making and impactful predictions/forecasts.
  • Partner with senior HR and business leaders to understand their business challenges and develop appropriate analytics, reporting and visualization solutions to address them; partner with other functions/CoEs to increase overall analytics impact.
  • Establish strong partnerships with COEs to ensure aligned functional reporting & analytics strategies and collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain workforce planning processes, tools and methods to identify short and long-term workforce needs.
  • Maintain a strong external focus to be able to lead innovative approaches and generate industry best practices.
  • Translate metric priorities into dashboards and key reports with compelling visualizations to help guide decision-making on talent and organizational practices

What You'll Bring

  • 7+ years of experience in People Operations and Analytics roles
  • Proven experience in people analytics or HR analytics, with a track record of delivering impactful insights and solutions
  • Strong proficiency with Workday required
  • Previous experience utilizing Zendesk preferred, prior experience with ticketing system required
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively

Compensation and Benefits

Base Salary Range (USD): 126, ,600

Base Salary Range (CAN): 150, ,000

*Glassdoor base salaries are targeted to the market 75th percentile for technical roles and the 65th percentile for non-technical roles. In other words, 65-75% of comparable organizations in our industry will pay less.

Annual Bonus Target**: 15%

**Bonuses are paid in 6-month intervals, aligning with bi-annual performance reviews
