Job Overview:
  • The Revenue Optimization position is an internally focused role within the Client Services (CS) and Value-Added Services (VAS) division at TalentBurst. The primary objective of this team is to establish and propel strategic, revenue-enhancing initiatives, refine business performance, and guarantee operational and revenue excellence within CS-VAS, empowering teams to make better-informed decisions regarding forecasting and planning.
  • In this capacity, you will take charge of identifying and shaping the strategy for significant investments and extensive, long-term growth for fee-based products and services. You will collaborate across various functions and regions to provide market-entry support to scale and launch new revenue-generating concepts. Additionally, you will assist with ad hoc strategic project requirements as they emerge and work in partnership with our internal stakeholders globally to bring these initiatives to fruition.
  • Reporting directly to the Vice President of Client Optimization & Revenue Excellence within Client Services, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and service strategy.
  • You will create and execute strategic plans and initiatives alongside our regional teams and work collaboratively as One TalentBurst with our counterparts in VCA, Regional Sales, Account Executives, and Risk and Client Success Managers to enhance revenue growth and maximize client value.
  • The ideal candidate will be an experienced consultant, entrepreneur, and general manager capable of collaborating across diverse client types.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential, enabling you to build and maintain robust relationships with clients and internal partners, including senior leadership stakeholders. You should be adept at working independently as well as part of a team, managing multiple projects concurrently.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 8 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, or MD)
  • Comprehensive understanding of the payments industry landscape and consumer trends
  • Insight into banking strategies, economics, and operations
  • Proactive and strategic mindset
  • Ability to excel in leading change and navigating ambiguity
  • Proven strategic capability to address complex global cross-functional challenges, demonstrating critical thinking and sound judgment
  • Capacity to influence executives and peers while driving continuous improvement
  • Exceptional ability to translate concepts into tangible commercial offerings

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, validated in senior-level corporate settings
