Business Development Specialist

Job Summary:
KD-Staffing. LLC is a leading staffing and recruiting company seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team on a part-time contract basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential target industries and companies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and generate leads.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients showcasing the company's services and capabilities.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Keep track of industry trends and competitors' activities to identify potential business opportunities.
- Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities to the management team.
Requirements:
- 23 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the medical staffing or recruiting industry.
- Experience with hospital account management is a plus.
- Proven track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes if needed.
