As our Medicare Follow Up Team Lead, you will help be responsible for supervising the workflow and day-to-day activities of the team. Every day, you will play an intricate part in providing analytical expertise for the revenue cycle management process while identifying workflow issues and providing solutions. You will also discern client problems and communicate/escalate root cause issues to the appropriate parties with a sharp attention to detail. To thrive in this role, you must have experience with the revenue cycle, Cerner systems and strong Medicare payer experience. The Lead must be able to proactively monitor daily workflow and staff productivity.

Here's what you will experience working as a Medicare Follow Up Team Lead:

  • Develop and coach team members in skills and process to promote quality.
  • Prioritize and multi-task work in a fast paced, high-volume environment.
  • Prepare, analyze, and provide daily, weekly, and monthly productivity metrics. Fill in production gaps when needed.
  • Facilitate daily stand ups. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with client concerns with a sense of urgency.

Required Skills:

  • Intermediate skill level of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Cerner system experience.
  • Project management skills.

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $ $24.79 per hour . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
