If you are new to the real estate field, our comprehensive mentorship and coaching program will help you get up to speed swiftly. Our office environment is both productive and enjoyable.

Compensation:

Projected earnings range from $90,000 to $130,000 based on commission plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Convert pre-qualified leads into clients.
  • Arrange and deliver listing presentations to prospective sellers.
  • Respond promptly to all leads and inquiries to foster customer base growth.
  • Assist sellers in pricing, staging, and marketing their homes to attract buyers efficiently.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on their property listings, enhancing customer service satisfaction.
  • Generate new leads.
  • Follow up with leads effectively.
  • Manage and maintain a database of contacts.
  • Identify and reach out to absentee property owners.
  • Network with owners of short-term rental properties.
Qualifications:
  • Possession of a valid Real Estate License is mandatory.
  • Willingness to learn and be coached.
  • Previous sales experience is preferred.
  • Must reside within the greater Detroit area or nearby regions.
