As our Follow-Up Associate , you will help improve revenue cycle management and maintain client satisfaction by following up with insurance payers to ensure timely resolution of patient accounts. Every day you will complete assigned workflows and projects to follow-up on Medicare and Medicaid claims. To thrive in this role, you must have healthcare accounts receivable follow-up experience, an understanding of medical billing and coding, and experience with Medicare and Medicaid.

Here's what you will experience working as a Follow-Up Associate:

  • Contact insurance payers, electronically and by phone, to follow-up on unpaid or underpaid claims
  • Review claims and account information
  • Complete assigned tasks to improve financial outcomes on aged and high-priority accounts

Required Skills:

  • Accounts Receivable in a healthcare setting
  • Experience with Medicare and Medicaid
  • Medical billing or claims processing

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $ $20.21 per hour . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
