o You will review, analyze, and approve or modify budget requests.

o You will conduct and oversee audits on the usage of travel compensatory time, over-time pay, travel vouchers, per-diem payments, and official representation of funds usage.

o You will conduct and oversee audits on government purchase card payments, inventory, and other related financial transactions.

o You will develop detailed programming and financial planning, justification, and documentation for inclusion in the Program Objectives Memorandum (POM)/Program Review.

o You will conduct research to identify trends in fund usage, prepares budget estimate submissions (BES), identifies course of actions and mitigations measures during fiscally constrained periods.

o You will prepare official reports, reviews budget estimates, and implements budgetary actions.

o You will serve as a principal advisor to the Director and Dean of Admissions and Business Operations for resource matters including budget planning, and programming, financial execution and audit and contract and audit administration.
