  • Periodically review transactions related to Dormant Account Assessments.
  • Leverage accounting systems to generate and archive daily reports.

  • Track commitment reports and follow up on necessary obligating documents.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.

Educational Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline is essential.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in government financial management operations.
  • In-depth understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
  • Knowledge of Navy-specific accounting regulations and systems is preferred.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and familiarity with Department of Defense financial systems.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Applications and effective communication abilities.

Citizenship and Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Possession of an active Secret clearance is required.
