Job Overview

As a Community Engagement Coordinator, you will be the welcoming presence for participants at our various outdoor recreational events, including sports such as flag football, kickball, and volleyball. Your responsibilities will include:

Pre-Event Preparation:
- Arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of activities to set up the environment. This includes organizing the tent area, displaying banners, preparing the check-in station, and ensuring all necessary supplies are ready. Maintain a clean and inviting space for attendees to enjoy their time.

Participant Interaction:
- Greet guests, oversee the check-in process using wristbands, and provide assistance with any inquiries. Engage with participants throughout the events, making announcements, reaching out to absent team leaders, and fostering a friendly atmosphere.

Social Media Engagement:
- Capture and share highlights from the events to promote community involvement.

Post-Event Duties:
- Assist in dismantling equipment and tidying up the area after the final game. Ensure all scores are recorded online and communicate any relevant updates or feedback following the event.

Work Schedule:

  • Availability for evening shifts
  • Willingness to work on weekends

Candidate Requirements:

  • Must possess a friendly and outgoing demeanor

Language Proficiency:

  • English (Required)
