About the Role:

You would be involved with managing our automated underwriting solution (Magnum) client relationships, ensuring outstanding customer service and client satisfaction through data insights, account management practices, and training/coaching opportunities.

You would be responsible for ensuring clients' solutions perform optimally, are current, and meet their strategic needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing, maintaining, and executing client engagement plans
  • Assisting in preparing and delivering data insights to clients, collaborating with the wider team to deliver value add insights for each client's individual needs
  • Collaborating with the wider solution team in ideation and identifying new opportunities for profitable growth with existing client relationships
  • Delivering product demonstrations and client trainings
  • Creating and maintaining training and procedural documentation

About You:

You're an ambitious and energetic team player – driven by new solutions and ways of working. Analytics and critical thinking are strengths that are amplified by your great face-to-face and written communication skills. You may have an actuarial or underwriting background and you enjoy working with clients. Adaptability is second nature to you.​

In addition, you're a confident communicator who can engage with colleagues and clients in person, virtually, and through writing.

Requirements:

  • Analytical and problem solving mindset
  • Confident communicator, establishing rapport building and delivering compelling presentations
  • Client centric with the ability to build and nurture relationships and understand client needs

Preferred:

  • 1-3 years client facing experience
  • Knowledge of life insurance
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Some limited travel may be required

For Armonk, NY, the estimated base salary range for this position is $90,000 to $156,000. The specific salary offered for this, or any given role will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to job location, scope of role, qualifications, complexity/specialization/scarcity of talent, experience, education, and employer budget. At Swiss Re, we take a "total compensation approach" when making compensation decisions. This means that we consider all components of compensation in their totality (such as base pay, short-and long-term incentives, and benefits offered), in setting individual compensation.
