Compensation and Schedule:
- $70,000 - $80,000
- Shift: 8/9AM - Finish, Monday - Saturday
Key Responsibilities:
- Proven management experience is essential
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is advantageous
- Experience managing a workforce of 50+ in a warehouse environment is required
- Forecasting staffing needs and aligning with client expectations.
- Providing detailed reports on productivity, headcount, attendance, and other metrics as requested by clients.
- Handling employee relations, including coaching, performance evaluations, and exit interviews.
- Ensuring the warehouse is adequately staffed and operational.
- Accountable for metrics such as Fill Rate, Cost Per Piece, Miss Sorts, and On-Time Attendance.
- Documenting terminations for unemployment purposes.
- Proactively communicating staffing requirements to the National Recruitment Center.
- Developing contingency strategies for unforeseen circumstances.
- Ensuring that On-Site Coordinator responsibilities are fulfilled to established standards.
- Taking ownership of business operations.
- Ensuring daily staffing levels are achieved.
- Recruiting and training team leads, quality control personnel, and forklift operators.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
- Experience in staffing is beneficial.
