Compensation: $120,000 at plan annually
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and organize each client's financial data using a CRM to assess their financial situation, objectives, cash flow, and expectations.
- Utilize a research-driven approach to deliver financial guidance and strategies based on educational sessions and/or seminars tailored to client risk tolerance and financial goals.
- Assist clients in executing financial recommendations, including life insurance, savings plans, mutual funds, and other financial products.
- Develop personalized financial plans utilizing our products and services to meet each client's unique life and financial requirements.
- Leverage social media and other marketing strategies to identify, pursue, and cultivate prospects, establishing long-term relationships as a trusted financial services professional.
Qualifications:
- Ability to convey complex concepts clearly while upholding strong principles of honesty and integrity.
- Demonstrated relationship management skills and/or experience are essential.
- Proven ability to network effectively to identify potential clients is crucial.
- Fluency in Spanish, Vietnamese, and/or Chinese is advantageous but not mandatory.
