Key Responsibilities:

  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a friendly and knowledgeable manner across various aspects of the Customer Experience value chain, including Order Processing, Customer Communications, Shipping, and Claims Management.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot customer concerns to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Adhere to Customer Experience protocols and compliance standards while demonstrating effective time management and productivity.
  • Establish and maintain trust-based relationships with customers through proactive and open communication.
  • Provide timely solutions and alternatives; follow up to confirm resolution.
  • Document customer interactions, manage customer accounts, and maintain records in the CRM system.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a customer service role within a call center environment.
  • At least 1 year of experience utilizing CRM software.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new processes.
  • Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
  • Collaborative team player who interacts well with colleagues at all levels.
  • Positive attitude in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
