Role Summary: The Client Relations Associate serves as the primary liaison for our clientele, addressing their inquiries, managing orders, and resolving technical issues while delivering outstanding service to guarantee customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include efficiently addressing customer concerns, overseeing client accounts, and collaborating with various departments to facilitate prompt issue resolution.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, retail, sales, hospitality, or a related field.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify issues and develop effective solutions promptly.

Physical and Work Environment:
