Did you ever go to YouTube to learn about a product you ended up buying on Amazon? Come join the team who is using videos to transform the customer experience on Amazon We acquire a wide range of videos from influencers, brands, and customers, and surface them across Amazon. Our mission is to transform Amazon to be the best place to watch shopping videos. In creating a world class video shopping experience, we are doubling down on scaling our acquisition of video across creator types.

In order to create a world class video shopping experience, we need to show high quality videos to our customers. As the Principal Technical Program Manager on the Integrated Video Experiences (IVE) team, you will focus on a) partnering with WW teams across organizations to support video initiatives and improve the customer's buying experience through shopping videos, b) influencing teams by managing large, complex technology initiatives, delivering critical solutions, significant improvements, new mechanisms, or deprecating systems that are no longer needed, and c) reducing the cost to serve and increasing the effectiveness of the teams that you work with through addition or reduction of mechanisms.

The ideal candidate is passionate about the success of both our video creators (Brands, Influencers, and Customers) and our customers, has exceptional communication skills, and excels in problem solving and building concensus when presented with discordant views. This role will act as the point of contact for partner teams to engage with IVE. Today IVE has 55 partner teams that have integrated with our software stack and 12 more partners that we engage with to drive roadmap alignment for the delivery of video features into their customer experiences. Many of these partners are country managers and so this role will have the unique position to Dive Deep and understand the individual needs of customers and creators in a given country so that we can tailor our experiences appropriately. This role will be an integrated part of our product leadership team so that we can have a tight feedback loop between our partners and our product team.

To succeed in the role, the candidate must be detail oriented, data driven, and organized to keep our partner relationships running smoothly. They must Earn Trust through their depth of knowledge about IVE's business and capabilities, as well as through their level of transparency about the priorities of the business. They must thrive in ambiguous situations to map the needs of partner teams (and their customers) to IVE's current and future capabilities.
