About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Manager to join our Prime Video Customer Relationship and Marketing Tech (CRMT) team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our customer engagement strategy, driving innovation and growth through data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Engagement Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive customer engagement strategy that aligns with Prime Video's business objectives, leveraging data and analytics to inform decision making.
  2. Product Roadmap: Own the product roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features, ensuring successful product delivery and customer satisfaction.
  3. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership, collaborating with engineers and other stakeholders to drive technical decisions and strategy related to customer engagement.
  4. Business Analysis: Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement, providing recommendations to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  5. Experimentation and Testing: Design and execute experiments to test and pilot new features, ensuring success metrics are well-documented and tracked.
About the Team

The CRMT team is responsible for building and scaling a holistic customer relationship management program, delivering automated and personalized marketing messages to Prime Video customers worldwide. Our team is passionate about creating engaging experiences for our customers, and we are looking for a talented Technical Product Manager to join our team.

Requirements
  1. 2+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience
  2. 8+ years of technical product or program management experience
  3. Bachelor's degree
  4. Experience with feature delivery and trade-offs of a product
  5. Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  6. Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
  7. Experience technical product management
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
  2. Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
