About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Program Manager to join our Prime Video Marketing Analytics team. As a key member of our technology teams, you will be responsible for delivering state-of-the-art experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Owns end-to-end delivery of cross-functional projects/goals, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to drive clarity on ambiguous business problems into crisp business requirements, fostering a culture of transparency and open communication.
  • Drives effective processes and change management, delivering effective program management plans and implementing mechanisms that result in fast development of new features, aligning with Amazon's commitment to innovation.
  • Communicates with customers, stakeholders, and leadership on status and risks, providing regular updates and insights to inform business decisions.
About the Team

The Marketing Analytics team aims to influence marketing investment decisions by delivering sophisticated marketing measurement models, leveraging data-driven insights to drive business growth.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
  • 3+ years of software development experience, with a strong understanding of technical design and development principles.
  • 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams, with experience managing programs across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design, with a focus on scalability and reliability.
  • Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps, aligning with business objectives.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of project management disciplines, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience.
  • Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multimillion dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership, with a strong understanding of business metrics and analytics.

Compensation

The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
