Market Manager – MinnesotaLocation: Minneapolis

SUMMARY

High Rise Beverage company is one the largest and fastest growing beverage companies in the industry within the hemp-derived and "better for you" beverage sector. With a large national expansion under way, we are seeking skilled individuals that can lead our business and hit the ground running. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage Sales Representatives within the assigned territory
  • Act as the main point of contact and strategic lead for High Rise Beverage within the assigned territory, reporting to Regional Sales Director
  • Lead, train and educate distributor & retailer on High Rise brands
  • Visit 20+ accounts per week
  • Conduct monthly planning & review meetings with Distributor/Broker leadership to benchmark results against quantitative targets and KPIs, developing action plans to deliver results, and close gaps.
  • Have proven ability to manage multiple distributors throughout the state (AB Network)
  • Have strong presentation abilities and must be able to motivate a team and build a positive culture.
  • Set up, plan and execute large events.

SKILLS NEEDED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales management with a proven history of managing distributors and sales representatives.
  • Knowledge and experience working with a Wholesaler/Broker distribution tier, particularly Johnson Brothers
  • Ability to utilize syndicated data to create storytelling, selling propositions, and reasons to believe in opportunities in market
  • Strong Financial Acumen and understanding of pricing
  • Proven People Management experience
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to tell our story.
  • Understands the power of relationships & partnerships
  • MUST be able to work in fast paced environment.
  • A strong ability to write incentives, set up ride withs and engage our distributor partners.


Compensation:

$80K - $90K based on experience. Bonus plan, 15 personal days. Medical, Dental and Vision plan

Other Considerations:
  • Job will entail 65% of time "In Market"
  • Clean driver's license
  • Clear understanding of the 2018 Farm Bill and the legislation in the region you'll be responsible for
