Position:
Satellite Operations Specialist - TS/SCI with CI Polygraph

Position Summary:

  • Conducts real-time spacecraft/satellite flight operations during pre-launch readiness, operational, and evaluation phases
  • Develops detailed plans and procedures for maximum mission support and analysis in orbit dynamics, satellite performance analysis, on-orbit command and control, and special operations
  • Provides technical direction for on-orbit mission support and plans for critical vehicle malfunctions
  • Performs failure analysis of orbiting satellites including subsystems and instruments
  • Supports software test and validation for spacecraft control tasks
  • Performs flight orbit adjustments, special event studies, and technical briefings

  • Planning and executing operations for orbital space systems, ballistic missiles, launch vehicles, and more
  • Implementing standardized operating procedures and coordinating with relevant organizations
  • Analyzing mission data and providing reports to customers

Skills Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in satellite systems operations
  • Active DOD TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph
  • Available for 24/7/365 day operations
  • Associates degree preferred

Basic Compensation:
USD Hourly - Compensation based on candidate's skills, knowledge, and experience
