$22 an hour
Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and relay messages.
- Greet clients as they walk in and assist them as needed.
- Schedule meetings.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing mail.?
- Maintain and order office supplies.
- Print, copy, file, and scan documents.
- Perform data entry.
- Assist with project work and proposals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous administrative experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Motivated, dependable, hardworking.
