Maintenance Admin Clerk Job Description

Job Summary:

The Maintenance Admin Clerk will provide administrative support to the Maintenance division, ensuring timely processing of paperwork and documentation. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and file employee requests for time off
  • Update employee profiles and maintain accurate records
  • Organize and maintain all maintenance-related paperwork and documentation
  • Assist employees with updating tax, medical, and dental information
  • Reconcile invoices and work orders
  • Order and stock parts and inventory items
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in word processing, email, and spreadsheets
  • Ability to type 40+ wpm and utilize calculator and office machines
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to new software and applications

Working Conditions:

The Maintenance Admin Clerk will work in a repair shop environment with loud noise, exhaust fumes, and chemicals. The role requires sitting for long periods, excellent hand-eye coordination, and the ability to stoop, bend, and reach.
