Growing together.Hours: Per diem schedule from Monday to Friday between 7 AM to 7:30 PM CST and Saturdays. Location: Remote You will have the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere in the U.S. as you tackle challenging tasks.As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will:
  • Verify and authorize patient insurance coverage and eligibility
  • Handle patient-care related calls and provide information
  • Prioritize and respond to emergency needs
  • Resolve patients' questions and concerns
  • Document patient information accurately
  • Coordinate patient visits and medical procedures
  • Provide patient education and support
  • Collaborate with healthcare practices for referrals
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Attend meetings and seminars for professional development

  • High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service or healthcare experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Specialized medical office training
  • Strong customer service skills

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and medical terminology
