About the Role

Brockton Hospital is seeking a skilled Clinical Care Associate to join our team. As a Clinical Care Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care and support to patients and their families
  • Assist with daily patient care activities, including vital sign checks, medication administration, and wound care
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Graduate of a certification or technical program (CCA, CNA, CORT, PCT, PCA, etc.)
  • Current American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers completion
  • Previous healthcare experience preferred
  • One-two years of suggested working experience as a CCA, CORT, CNA, PCT, PCA preferred
  • Meditech, IDX, and AllScripts experience preferred
