Job Description

Turner & Townsend is engaged to support our client with many complex projects, and we are seeking the ideal Assistant P rogram Coordinator responsible for working with one of our main Data Center clients through their Capital Funding program for Hyperscale Data Center Construction. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organization skills and able to build relationships with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Provide daily support to the Regional Estimating Team across North America through attending regional team meetings to understand current workload and upcoming estimates in preparation for review.
Schedule key estimate review meetings, keeping track of required stakeholders.
Take meeting notes & action items, issuing minutes after meeting and ensure follow up and closure of action items.
Communications Management – Develop & issue weekly and monthly newsletters across the client program.
Ad-hoc presentation support - helping to pull together presentation data and formatting.
Support estimate development and collating spreadsheets.
Support internal team financial reporting.

Qualifications:
Qualifications
Ability to learn and comprehend data center terminology and acronyms.
Excellent written communication skills for internal and client interactions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in active listening.
Capable of building relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally.
Able to convey information accurately and promptly (Meeting minutes).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Openness and interest to learn new data analysis & reporting.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
2+ years of experience in construction industry.
Project management or program management experience.

Additional Information
The salary range for this full-time role is ** $50K-$75 **per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate's experience and qualifications. ****
