Your Role:
As an Industrial Construction Safety Coordinator, you'll be the go-to person for ensuring safety compliance across various industrial job sites, from greenfield ag processing plants to active operating facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, direct, and enforce safety on multiple projects.
Identify and control hazardous conditions.
Partner with Project Executives, Managers, Superintendents, and Foremen.
Mentor and coach onsite crews.
Foster relationships to ensure safety compliance with all stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Required:
Four-year degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of construction safety experience.
OSHA 30 training.
First Aid/CPR/BBP and AED training.
Knowledge of safety/environmental principles and techniques.
CHST certification within 2 years of appointment.
Strong leadership, communication, and computer skills.
Preferred:
Experience in ag industrial, biofuels, ethanol, food & beverage, central utility plants, water, and wastewater plants.
