Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct testing, observations, and site evaluations under guidance
  • Utilize testing apparatus and perform assessments, delivering data analysis
  • Interpret drawings, specifications, and diagrams
  • Monitor site operations and execute assigned tasks
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and records
  • Communicate effectively with clients and project teams
  • Follow safety protocols and regulations

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • No prior experience necessary - Training will be provided
  • Previous experience in the construction sector or CMT is advantageous
  • Basic mathematical, calculator, and computer skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to read and comprehend work plans
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
  • Valid Driver's License with a dependable driving history

Physical Demands:

  • Frequently lift, move, push, and pull weights between 30 to 50 pounds
