Responsibilities:
  • Focus on expanding the genetic testing business in areas like Pharmacogenomics, infectious disease, and oncology.
  • Understand customer needs and buying criteria of molecular testing laboratories.
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of molecular workflows including quantitative PCR, digital PCR, and sequencing.
  • Drive revenue growth by selling molecular testing products to clinical laboratories.
  • Develop territory business plans, analyze performance metrics, and optimize selling strategies.
  • Provide feedback to improve product offerings and enhance competitive edge.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of consultative sales experience in molecular testing or life sciences.
  • Proficiency in building relationships, communicating value propositions, and managing complex sales.
  • Ability to travel at least 50% of the time within the defined territory.
  • Valid driver's license.
