Job description



As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the performance of our Sales Representatives (Inbound, Outbound, AE/AM) through targeted coaching and training initiatives. You will collaborate closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of our sales processes.

The candidate will provide service to the teams located in the USA and Latam.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Training and Coaching:

  • Develop comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of Sales reps, covering topics such as prospecting, objection handling, value proposition articulation, and sales methodologies.
  • Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions through various mediums, including live workshops, virtual sessions, and on-demand resources.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to Sales reps to help them improve their sales skills, overcome performance challenges, and achieve their targets.

Credentials and Performance Analysis:

  • Work to ensure that all sales reps undergo training to obtain internal credentials in all tools and product knowledge, according to the role description and growth path for each role.

Content Development:

  • Continuously update and refine sales materials based on feedback from SDRs, sales leadership, and market insights.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales leadership, product management, and marketing.
  • Collaborate with sales managers to assess training needs, track performance metrics, and align training initiatives with organizational goals.

Job requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related role, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering impactful sales training programs and driving measurable improvements in sales performance.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business priorities.
