As a Technical Support Analyst with Trimble MAPS, you will be part of a team that resolves complex technical issues, detects product glitches, and collaborates closely with developers, project managers, and testers to deliver top-notch navigation tools to commercial clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Addressing technical hurdles encountered by customers and partners using Trimble Maps navigation software within their solutions or via Trimble's hosted platforms.
  • Rapidly adapting to a dynamic role that involves collaborating with diverse stakeholders and engaging with a broad spectrum of technologies.
  • Identifying and reporting software bugs and usability issues for refinement in future releases.
  • Providing comprehensive support entails undergoing extensive technical training across multiple products and datasets.
  • Working closely with developers, project managers, and testers distributed across various locations within the organization.

Desirable Skills:

  • Proficiency in Android, iOS, and/or Linux operating systems.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.

Work Environment:

  • The role offers a hybrid work setup, combining remote work with onsite presence at our central Princeton office.
  • Schedule Expectation: Remote work from Monday to Friday; Onsite in Princeton Office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of internetbased systems, including experience in developing web and mobile applications. Familiarity with Android, Angular, and/or React is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Adaptable and versatile technical and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable acclimating to evolving technical landscapes.
  • Openness to acquiring new programming languages and IDEs.
