Required Qualifications:
  • Technical school certification or 2-4 years of pertinent experience
  • Maintain OEM Certifications and relevant IT credentials
  • Proficient in software and hardware systems
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Capability to lift computer equipment weighing up to 50 lbs
