Position Specific Description

We are searching for a data-driven, collaborative Associate Production Engineer. The individual will be updating production charts and graphs for morning reports, keeping wellbore schematics current, and contributing to the monthly financial processes (CAPEX and OPEX).

Data management is a crucial part of the role. Individual will build and maintain databases for production KPIs.

The individual will also work closely with engineers and field team to optimize production. This includes evaluating current artificial lift designs, monitoring hydraulic fracturing activity in nearby wells, tracking monthly flowback volumes, and proactively communicating production opportunities and issues.
