In this pivotal role, you will oversee the manufacturing processes for custom metal and electrical products, primarily focusing on flat sheet metal applications. Collaborating closely with production and warehouse teams, you will play a crucial role in achieving our production objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with Sales and Project teams to address manufacturing inquiries, including custom part modifications and technical support.
2. Direct manufacturing operations by determining the necessary methods, processes, and equipment for the production and assembly of metal components.
3. Develop comprehensive work instructions, drawings, tests, and assembly processes tailored for specialized manufacturing.
4. Maintain and prepare manufacturing Routings and Bills of Materials (BOMs) in SAP to facilitate production.
5. Manage the Material Replenishment Process (MRP) to ensure timely production that meets customer demands.
6. Engage in material planning for custom manufacturing projects, including BOM determination and calculation of material and labor requirements.
7. Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements, cost reductions, and quality enhancements to ensure on-time delivery.
8. Analyze and document cost information for new product development and customized solutions, while managing product costs effectively.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering is essential.
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred, with recent graduates also encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with SAP Production and Scheduling is advantageous.
- Experience with CNC programming for various machinery is a plus.

Physical and Environmental Requirements:
- Ability to work in a warehouse or production environment as needed.
