Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive both immediate and strategic business objectives as a Manufacturing Engineer.

2. Oversee and coordinate multiple projects across various divisions.

3. Offer technical guidance and leadership on designated projects and tasks.

4. Exhibit leadership within cross-functional teams.

5. Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of diverse manufacturing processes, equipment, and programs to enhance efficiency, uptime, and safety.

6. Track and report on project progress, business challenges, and significant updates.

7. Clearly communicate and align customer expectations with company goals.

8. Cultivate strong business relationships and encourage collaboration within your department and across others.

9. Assist in monitoring departmental metrics and driving improvements.

10. Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives across various departments, utilizing Lean Manufacturing principles.

11. Proactively identify and implement opportunities for enhancement.

12. Commit to Continuous Improvement, actively participating as both a leader and contributor to overarching objectives and Lean initiatives.

Additional Responsibilities:


• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude.


• Exhibit strong communication and presentation skills.


• Proficient in SolidWorks.


• Capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively under tight deadlines.


• Utilize experience, logic, and reasoning to identify issues and propose/implement solutions.


• Showcase personal time management abilities.


• Ability to interpret technical documents, including manufacturing drawings, engineering guidelines, and material specifications.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, etc.).


• Occasionally handle heavy components.


• Travel support may be required, up to 25%, primarily to designated areas.

Educational Qualifications:


• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.

Preferred Qualifications:


• 5-7 years of experience in a Manufacturing Engineering role or equivalent.


• Familiarity with tooling and/or mold design.
