How you'll make an impact:

As a Technology Program Operations Manager at Pandora + SiriusXM, you'll work cross functionally with business and technology teams to drive Go to Market Operations for our highest impact initiatives. You will partner with stakeholders across the business to turn insights into action, own the development of and maintain go to market milestones, and drive programs to launch. The Technology Program Operations team partners with technology and business leaders to drive strategic analyses, optimize business performance, and deliver best-in-class execution. This is a role that requires leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and proficient understanding of product development and Go to Market Operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for structure and operational rigor - but loves working in an entrepreneurial environment, offering a proactive approach to creating impact in a fast-paced setting.

What you'll do:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for prioritized projects, aligning on goals and priorities to pursue our biggest opportunities.
  • Act as the subject matter expert in assigned areas while driving programs forward.
  • Fosters and maintains stakeholder relationships and trust.
  • Exceptional team player with the ability to quickly develop and foster stakeholder relationships and strong collaboration skills, with demonstrated track record of working with cross-functional teams.
  • Deliver crisp communications, including program status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Host large, cross-functional program launch working groups.
  • Bring clear thinking and excellent problem-solving skills to top issues facing the business and our product & technology organization.
  • Communicates priorities and performance from leadership forums to colleagues on the front-lines.

What you'll need:

  • 4+ years in business operations, product operations, program management, corporate strategy, or other relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
  • Candidate has experience building and maintaining solid relationships with business stakeholders, and success in navigating cross functional challenges.
  • Motivated to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Ability to seek information, solve conceptual problems, corral resources and deliver results in challenging situations.
  • Experience managing complex projects and programs, while demonstrating exceptional business judgment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex thoughts and strategies into simple, actionable recommendations.
  • Superior presentation skills.
  • Ability to foresee project and partner issues, provide escalation management, and balance business needs against technical constraints.
  • Candidate must be a self-starter, independent, and a driver. Must also be detail oriented, highly organized, and act with a sense of urgency.
  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $97,000 to $135,500 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
