The Coca-Cola Company, a prominent global beverage leader, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Operational Technology (OT) Cybersecurity Manager. This role will be integral to the Manufacturing Security team, collaborating closely with the OT Cybersecurity Director to execute the cybersecurity strategy tailored for manufacturing operations. The Manager will oversee the implementation of cybersecurity protocols for industrial control systems across various manufacturing sectors within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Formulate, implement, and refine security policies and procedures specifically designed for OT environments. Ensure adherence to applicable cybersecurity regulations and standards, including NERC CIP and IEC 62443. Assess and identify risks associated with OT systems, focusing on potential vulnerabilities in hardware, software, and network configurations. Provide expert recommendations for enhancing the security posture of OT assets and networks. Collaborate with IT security teams, engineering, and operational staff to ensure integrated cybersecurity practices across IT and OT domains. Conduct training sessions for employees and stakeholders on cybersecurity best practices relevant to OT environments. Enhance the visibility of the threat landscape by utilizing network monitoring tools.Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field. A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on OT in manufacturing settings. Preferred certifications include GISCP, CISSP, CISA, and/or CISM. Strong foundation in industrial control systems and manufacturing engineering, particularly with PLC and HMI systems. Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, and IEC 62443. Knowledge of VMware infrastructure, network device configurations, cloud services, and SCADA systems. A proactive approach to learning and adapting in complex environments. Comprehensive understanding of IT and cybersecurity processes and controls. Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time, including potential international assignments. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with an autonomous work ethic. Excellent communication skills to effectively convey security risks and findings.Benefits:
